Pete
Pete is the resident star of the strip. By star, we mean that Pete's character is based on the creator of the strip. That's about the extent of it.
Frank
Frank is our cynical, complaining, criminally insane, big blob of sucktitude. How can you not love him? Better yet, how can you not cower in fear of him when you see him coming?
Jimmy
Jimmy is the employee most apt to fall asleep in a meeting. He is also the employee most likely to throw office furniture or destroy a mouse. Unlike the Hulk, you'll like him when he's angry.
Paul
Paul is a bitter employee who doesn't know why he's been at the company this long. He's still trying to learn how to stick it to the man, but hasn't quite got the hang of it yet.
Boss
The Boss tries to help, but he never gets it right. He has tried everything except decent salaries, and he thinks that reading a 7 Habits book is better than a raise anyday.
Melvin
Melvin annoys and has an overall lack of skill or value to the company. For some reason, though, the company won't get rid of him.
Cat
Shattering glass ceiling everywhere, Cat is a boss at the main rival's company. While she values competition, she doesn't really see any when see looks at what her company is up against.
Jill
Jill's main job is to answer the phone, but she does so much more than that. She also insults, mocks, and ridicules those who she believes to be beneath her. That list includes pretty much everyone else.
Tyrone
Tyrone excells in sales and services. While he does wear a jacket, skull cap, and shades at all times in the year, he never sheds a bead of sweat.
